User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:

Payment Terms
One-Time Services

Retainer Services

- •Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
- •Late payments may result in service suspension
- •Refund policy determined on a case-by-case basis
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Brian Fidler and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Work Product
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- •Deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment
- •We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and learnings
- •Pre-existing materials and tools remain our property
- •We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes with your consent
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree to:
- Protect confidential information received from the other party
- Use confidential information only for the intended purpose
- Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent
- Return or destroy confidential information upon request
Note: Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services for a period of two (2) years.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Termination
By You
You may terminate retainer services with 30 days written notice. Any prepaid fees for the notice period are non-refundable.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend services if you:

- •Fail to make timely payments
- •Engage in unlawful or unethical conduct
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you will receive all completed deliverables for which payment has been made. Access to ongoing services will cease at the end of the notice period.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
